Liver Cirrohsis Since 7 years

Hi Doctor, My mother was diagnosed by liver cirrohsis 7 years ago. Still she is following medicines such as silybon, aldactone. Last year she was treated rubber banding legation for her esphogas verices. So she os following medicines for it too. Last few days she is very tired, please let me know if any issue.

Hello The reason for tiredness can be many things, with the cirrhosis background. How is her food intake. Kindly do a thorough evaluation ( blood tests) and physical examination by your medical gastroenterologist to rule out anemia, hypoproteinemia etc. Renal functions also need to be assessed. Also, she might need some protein and other supplements. Kindly meet your medical gastroenterologist for management.
