Liver Cirrhosis
Hello doctor My mother( Age 63) has Liver cirrhosis and gall stone of 14mm. She is being treated by a good doctor. She is on all necessary medicines. But suddenly after 3 months of ongoing treatment she is again developing those symptoms which she had 3 months back like high fever, loss of appetite, bitter mouth and throat, something in her chest and tiredness. We are confused. Have those medicines stopped working? Or her cirrhosis is increasing?

This is probably an episode of acute cholecystitis. Medicines for this would not have been prescribed in Liver Cirrhosis treatment.
