  4. Little pain in chest area since 2 days.

Little pain in chest area since 2 days
Hi, I've been have a little pain, only on touching a specific area on my chest area. On observing, there seems to be some small pointy kind of swelling under the skin, maybe kind of a cyst. Could you please tell me that is it some kind of a bacterial infection and if so what antibiotic/ medicine can I take?
