Little bump on back

Asked for Male, 61 Years

Its painless, no itchiness nothing. There was a small pimple there a year ago which i cleaned and after that this lump formed over there. It has reduced in size in last couple of months though. Kindly suggest if it needs treatment of it will go away on its own. Thanks.

looks like a sebacous cyst. Cannot be sure without proper examination.
