My friends baby had a ear pain in the morning
Doctor said it is becz of wax. But later she said stomach paining and she vomitted in large qty and full force. They saw little blood in saliva.
What could it be?

These are two separate issues.
Earache you have already consulted a doctor,follow his instructions.
After severe retching or vomiting,it's not uncommon to see some flecks of blood in the vomits.
Relax,it's not serious,UNLESS recurring again OR blood is present in large amount.
Just give syp ondem for vomiting half hour before meals,and give a light diet for 2 days.
For stomach ache,use syp anafortan,repeat SOS.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
No other medicine required.
