LIS surgery

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old male now. 5 years ago first LIS surgery was done to cure anal fissure. Then again 2 months ago Anal fissure occurred and yesterday again LIS surgery was done. Doctor has told that if in future again fissure occurs there is no scope of surgery and you have to live with this anal fissure. I have diarrhoea alternative with constipation. So it is very common to get anal fissure again . Please guide .
