Lips got black after applying Zandu balm

Hello Doctor, While i am in a boarding school, during winter, I felt itchiness and dryness in lips. So i applied Zandu balm on the lips. After two days, my lips got black. I was unable to get rid of those blackness. Now, its been 5 years. How to get rid of those blackness on the lips, especially at the corners of the lips. I think this is due to the allergic reaction of Zandu Balm.
