I have several lipomas on my arms, chest, waist that are visible and people keep asking me about it all the time. It's very uncomfortable to live with them and it's giving me a lot of stress. I had to stop going to the gym because people would notice and often ask me to explain. Now, I have gained some extra weight and I don't feel like going to the gym as it will happen again.
I consulted ayurvedic, dermatologist and was they suggested me to let it be and do not do anything about it. After explaining my situation, they suggested to conduct some tests which I did and it was diagnosed that I had lipomas.
I spoke to a few general surgeons already and they also seem to tell me the same thing. I really need a doctor to understand that the lipoma is causing me stress , I am gaining weight and recently I had chest pain nausea and I was immediately hospitalized to the hospital. Turns out, I had gastrointestinal condition which caused the same.
Is there a doctor out there who can treat me?

Lipomas are seldom life threatening and grow very slowly. I understand that you are body image conscious and this condition has given you a lot of stress. I would suggest that you get them removed surgically as any ayurvedic or allopathic medication will not make them vanish.

If you have a family member diagnosed with Colon cancer or if you have any family member diagnosed with familial adenomatous polyposis you should undergo a colonoscopy because multiple Lippma is an extra intestinal manifestation of FAP.
But detailed History is needed in your case for accurate diagnosis. It may be Dercums disease also or simply multiple lipomas.
