Hi Many people will have these small swelings in subcutaneous plane..! People only notice these lipoma only when if its cosmetic or if it starts paining..! Not to worry if the swelling remain same sized or gradual increase in size (may take years) If its growing rapidly( in months) in size or painful then it needs to be excised..!
Next Steps
confirm its lipoma by FNAC if u have any symptoms like pain or any cosmetics related problems then its advised for excision under local Anaesthesia..!

Lipoma is a benign tumor which means it is not harmful. It is not a cancer and it doesn’t affect longevity of a person. So don’t worry, keep calm.
Next Steps
You may get it surgically removed from cosmetic point of view.
