Lipoma on my daughter's lower shoulder

Hi, my daughter is having a bump on her lower shoulder. We consulted a Pediatric surgeon and found that its a Lipoma of fat and little blood, and needs to be removed ny surgery She is only 7 months and we don't want any surgery on her Is it possible to get it cured without operation and with only medicines?
