Hi,
My 7 month old son got redish boils on lower side of his bump since last two days mostly I apply rash cream and it went off but this time its not healing. I used diapers all the time and keep on changing time to time.
Can you please suggest what to apply?
Thanks!

This is diaper rash. Clean the area after each soiling with plain water and allow it to air dry. Increase the diaper free time as much as possible. Use Nuforce GM ointment and alternate it with Candid dusting powder twice daily . Do this for at least a couple of weeks

It's a diaper rash. You need to keep the baby clean and dry. Do not use diapers. Use cotton nappies.
As soon as the baby soils himself, clean him, wipe gently and air-dry the buttocks.
Avoid rubbing the buttocks with wet wipes or cloth. Wipe gently.
Apply coconut oil on the buttocks every time you clean him.
Apply Rash-free cream on the buttocks. And keep the area covered with a layer of the cream. If it gets wiped off, reapply it.
