Lip red and white patches

Dear Doctor My lip have 1 inch white and red mixed patches. From last 4 year.. I have not taken any treatment.. once I have tested my blood doctor told there is no problem it is just patch . It will clear don't worry. But now I want to take treatment. Pls give me suggestion. It's clearing are not pls
