Lip larcation
Hi , I got stitches on my lips back on Feb 25th 2021 so it has been more than one month and a half . I would like to inquire the best procedure to make this less noticeable as I also feel a hard lump on the incision side. For reference I have also attached a picture below. Thank you for the advice in advance.

Hard lump on incision site will take time to get completely resolved. In picture stitches looks like okay,  you can wait for some more days, if the hard lump doesn't decrease by its own visit to plastic surgeon will be a better option.

if the would had been sutured with fine suture material and with proper technique the ugly scar could have been avoided...It will take sometime for the induration to settle down...If u dont want the scar to be visible u can try scartreat sheet application and if t doesnt consult a plastic surgeon...
