I have recently got dental removable appliances... But the lower one was giving some irritation..... But now lingual area is swollen and is painful

If it is impinging, and that is causing the pain?  Then it's better u get it removed by the dentist u got it from. He'll set it right for you. It's very common to have problems with removable dentures.
