Ling zhi should I take it or not?
I am underweight , I am 19 years old with 38 weight, my friend suggest ling zhi food supplement but I am scared because it might have a bad side effect on me because it helps blood thinning and I am already low blood with a normal 90/60 blood pressure. Should I take it or not?
