Line from corner of eyes upto uppercheek

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm 20yr Indian girl. I have unusual line/tear trough from the corner of my eyes towards upper cheeks. It also create triangular shaped fluffy area on my upper cheek bones under lower eyelids. My father has also this structure which is in worst condition.I suspected these as malar edema.How can I get rid of this permanently ?
