Hello sir I've done endoscopy hrct chest pft test and covid test before inguinal hernia surgery past week successfuly completed
Endoscopy : few deudonial erosion rut positive laxles grade ll
Hrct chest : no findings
Rtpcr : negative
Pft test : small air way obstruction spirometert shows severe restriction fvc %45 and fev1/fvc % ...,> 70 why it's happening I've taken hrct chest normal and also I had surgery but why pft shows like that dear doctors help me get out of this???

Small airway obstruction features may be idiopathic and not necessarily to be associated with Covid infection. And hernia is not a cause of airway obstruction.
