Light white patches ,skin darkening

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Actually from last some days I am noticing small light white patches on my cheeks and my pores are getting open badly.My skin complexion is also getting dark I am seriously not able to find the reasons behind these problems can u please kindly figure out my problem.
