Ligament tear in left knee
I suffered a knee pain and locking 12 Months ago, MRI showed a Medial Meniscus tear, ACL. Still left knee pains somewhere in the middle or back WHILE BENDING TOWARDS MY INNER THIGH ONLY IN CERTAIN ANGLES.But from the last 4 months, unlike before, while walking(1-2 km),I am not experiencing pain frequently. But Suddenly I might have a pain though, may be 3-4 times a week. Also my knee locking reduced a bit while i sit on floor. What should i make out of it? Also pls suggest knee exercises in GYM.
