Ligament or muscle breakdown of foot

After hit by a bus I had fallen from scooter and got hurt in foot.Not able to walk ,swelling is in my foot.

Plz get it assessed by Ortho surgeon, you can put some ice at that spot so as to reduce inflamation, discomfort and tissue damage.
