Lifted toenail
While playing my right foor rubbed on ground and I ended up having lifted toenail. Half of the toenal is bent upwards at 90 degrees. Its painning a lot. I dont know what to do. Please help.

See a qualified dermatologist near you first. Get it bandaged for a few days, the bent part will dry out and slowly you can cut it off in few days with a nail cutter or the doctor can do that before bandaging. If it's more than half out then you can as well get the whole thing removed and wait for new nail to grow. Please take necessary anti biotics and pain killers as advised.
