Lichen Schlerosis Et Atrophicus
I have small white blister spots in my hands, Arms and few in face too. Did a biopsy already done and it was confirmed that it's lichen Schlerosis Et Atrophicus. No spots on genital areas. No itching or redness as of now. I am apprehensive about applying steroid cream as it might have some side effects.  I also Did some research online and few websites have actually mentioned spots will fade away on its own in due course. Is that true ? If it's not, what should I do ? Please suggest.
