Lichen Planus pigmentosus in skin

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hii , I got ashy itchy patches on neck and face, it is spreading beneath my neck area as well.I was detected with Lichen Planus PIgmentosus.Although ellopathic medicines did not help me.I am suffering from it since 6 months. I am looking very ugly and black.Please help
