Lichen planus pigmentation

I'm having lichen planus pigmentation almost 6 2 years I am taking homeopathy medician currently I'm having same medicine they only given tablets not any ointment told me apply coconut oil on that area but I need any pigmentation solutions like any tube suggestion for me
