Lichen planus pigmentation

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had lichen planus pigmentation on my on my face, neck and hands fully,.. I got lpp in 2016. From 2016 it cannot cure from today... I tried chemical peel, laser treatment, so many creams and medicines.. Is it cured disease or not? Suggest any cream plz
