Lichen planus
Hi,I'm 27 yr old female, suffering from lichen planus since 4 years.,I've dark spots around neck,on arms n legs., skin is itchy..also hairs are falling off more than regular fall offs these days.,discoloration of nails etc., 've been under treatment for such since 3 years under a private dermatologist in Bangalore.,chemical peeling is done for face n neck periodically.,but it's not fruitful yet.,
Plz can anyone suggest where can I get best treatment for lichen planus?! Is this dangerous?! Plz help me out.,
