Kindly suggest lice treatment for 3year old girl. Mediker doesn't seem to work. She got them from her preschool. Also need suggestions if there are any ways to prevent her from catching lice from school..

The only way to prevent lice is to treat the source of infection.
It is treatable wherein Permethrin and can be helpful but advisable to check with dermatologist in person or online first for proper understanding of how to use the product
