Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) is a progressive neuromuscular disorder. While Ayurveda cannot cure genetic conditions, it can help slow progression, improve strength, and enhance quality of life with Rasayana therapy, Panchakarma, and dietary modifications. Herbs like Ashwagandha, Bala, Shatavari, and Guduchi may support muscle and nerve health. A high-protein, easily digestible satvik diet with cow ghee, milk, and warm soups is beneficial. Kindly consult for a personalized integrative approach with internal medicines and external therapies like Abhyanga and Basti.
