Hello doctor My total bilirubin is 2.03 mg/dl Sgot is 20 u/l Sgpt is 34 u/l Direct bilirubin is 0.49 mg/dl A/g ratio is 2.1 There is slight increase of total bilirubin & direct bilirubin has most ..so my question is what this indicate..is ?? What dose it mean if direct bilirubin is increased???

It is congenital hyperbilirubinemia for which no treatment is done..but you should take more carbohydrates in your diet..and avoid fasting..that is you should eat small proportion of diet frequently
