As per the reports, there is mild hypoalbunemia with no elevations of other hepatic enzymes. Bilirubin is only mildly elevated that is not of much significance. As per the RFT, there is mild hyponatremia with mild decrease in blood urea and serum creatinine that is not of much significance. Based on all the reports, change in diet would be sufficient.
Next Steps
Increase the intake of protein in your diet and salt intake.

-According to your query and sign and symptom you want to know about the cause and Treatment of disease as you have mentioned as above as - -Please take consultation for better evaluation and best Treatment as it need complete history of patient as personal and family history.
