I had gone for her level 2 ultrasound and baby was in backward position. Doctor asked to have lunch so baby can change position. Even after 2 hours, baby didn't change the position. Is it a normal thing

I don't understand what the backward position is and what changes were expected to occur after eating lunch.
Please clarify from your Doctor who did the sonography. Then we can decide whether it is normal or not.
