Hy there my name is Abhishek/male and i am from india , from a long time ago i feel always tired and sleepy the whole day as my day starts with workout, but about some days ago i had fever so i checked CBC test ,in that test i found that TLC count were 2200cells/cmm and monocytes were 02.0 % and lymphocytes were 28.4% , pls help me about its treatment , what medications will help me to recover this leukopenia ...

I can understand your concern.
Just a total leukocyte count isn't enough to know what causing the leukopenia.
Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
