My wife starts walking a little too much, she starts feeling lethargic and feverish and coldness is felt in the body. What is the reason???..
It's a sign of urine infection or some thing else...one of doctor told it is urine infection...that why she got fever

Easy fatigability can be a part of generalised problem. A detailed consultation is needed to asses the degree of symptoms and what are the next steps. Please consult any physician. Till then encourage your wife to exert only as much as she can. She should take few liters of water daily and at least 2-3 types of fruit daily. Often a healthy diet can be enough.
