Consult with a oral medicine specialist. Dry mouth causes from many thing, salivary gland problem, from the side effects of your other medicine, excessive tension etc. Instead of drinking excess amount of water you can rinse your mouth with water frequently. Chew sugarless chewing gum for stimulation of saliva. There is some mouth wash in market with salivary substitute, you can use it for temporary. For proper diagnosis you should go to a oral medicine specialist.

Hello,     If you are thirsty all the time, and spend time between drinking water and the toilet, chances are high that you are diabetic, or suffering from extreme stress.    Please consult another physician, get your tests done from one or two reputed labs, cross check the results to confirm. Hope this helps. Dr Jose Emmanuel
Next Steps
Please consult another physician
Health Tips
If the tests rule out diabetes, please consider your lifestyle, sleep and stress.

Get another opinion from physician. Feeling thirsty is not related to dental issues. It has to do with the physiological issues of the body
