Hi, I gained about 10 kgs. in last winters and my weight went upto 80 kgs. Since then, it has been decreasing and it is 73 kgs. now. I was thinking of taking a protein supplement like thing but I am not sure of which one I should take and what will be its side effects. I just wana look fit and healthy.
Please guide me.
