Less menstual flow

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have got delayed periods, my last periods was on 11 July 2021 and with a gap I got on 24 August 2021 but I don't have normal flow like unless other months ,there are only lil flow or less blood spots ,I don't know it's some other internal bleeding or periods flow, my thyroid is normal and I'm unmarried Can anyone help should I worry about it? Please help with reason behind this
