Compulsive masturbation can lead to decreased desire for sexual activity with actual partner. Depression and Obsessive compulsive disorder can produce similar symptoms. Habit reversal techniques will help in such symptoms.

hello there.
if you are a smoker or if you drink quite much, you need to stop it. as these are known to decrease libido.
often psychiatrist and sexologist both are required to establish the exact cause.
would suggest you to visit them ASAP.
