Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am 17 year old boy sir... I recently cutted or shaved my whole head and its about 1month and i have less growth of hair from front and all over what is the reason for this and please suggest some ways to cure this or its just my misunderstanding... Previous docter asked for images and plzz tell reason behind this
