Less hair nd greying
I never noticed hair on my bed or pillow  only 20-25 hair only during bath and 10-15 during oil massage  still two of my barber said to me "aapke baal kam ho gaye hai" im really worried i didn't hav any patches or baldness so what did they exactly mean??? Do they mean my hair are less in volume since birth or they are less due to hairfall??? If it is because of hairfall then why i never notice  more than 30-40 hairfall in a whole day nd also my hair are becoming grey. Plss help me

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 years of age. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some Lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables multivitamin can also be prescribed for the same. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil. There is no other alternative. You can also go for platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please consult me with photos or a nearby Dermatologist for proper examination and treatment.
