Lesion in stomach

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I suffer from gerd and gastritis from few years,I am having bloating,loss of appetite,burning stomach,lower back pain from few weeks.i visited gastro yesterday and physical examined and he told there is a lesion in umblical region and told to take ct scan but can it be just a fatty lesion in the skin which is nothing to do with stomach.
