I hurt my hip/thigh 4 months ago when running. It felt like it popped out of place but It wasn't painful, it has gradually got worse from a month ago and has become painful. It hurt to move my leg towards we and i cannot sit cross legged and cannot put my socks and shoes on that leg. I have tried rest, excersize etc and it still hurts. It hurts most when lying down and i cannot walk without a limp but i can bear weight it just hurts when i move my leg/thigh in a certain angle.
