Leg swelling due to less blood

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My legs are paining and swollen,two months back i went to hospital and took medication for less blood.i have used iron tablets for two months and now stopped again problem came,is there any permanent cure for this,is leg swelling due to less blood ?,please let me know.
