Hello Dr. I’ve been having pain in my leg for months now. I went to my doctor and he said let’s do an ultrasound on it. The ultrasound came back no blood clot. Yet my leg still hurts he prescribed corticosteroids and it didn’t help. I brought it up in a recent check up that it’s stull hurting he said that it’s probably lack of exercise. My calf has visible light swelling. I’m just at a loss for what this could be.

There isn't sufficient information to come to a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet an orthopedician/vascular surgeon to evaluate your leg physically and undergo the necessary investigation to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
