Leg pain for my daughter

My daughter complained of leg pain and gave her ibugesic plus 5ml and she was fine. What is the difference between ibugesic and ibugesic plus. Please clarify. Thank you.

Plus has brufen and paracetamol,whereas the former has plain brufen. If pain is muscular, between knees and ankles and more at night,relax,it's just growing up pains. But if in joints or causing limping, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
