Hi..i am a 30yrs old female. I am facing leg pain when i stand for long periods. 3months back i did my blood tests and it showed vitamin d and b 12 deficiency. now after b12 and vitamin d shots and medicines for 3months the pain have reduced but when i stand for long it pains again. Is it still deficiency? Also any exercises to eliminate this pain?

When u have pain on prolonged standing, plz look for varicose veins....associated tingling ,numbness, dragging sensation while walking. If these symptoms are there, consult a orthopaedic surgeon
