I am having pain in my left leg from past 1 year.The pain arises from hip to the feet on left led and burning sensation and numbness also arouses. Whenever I stand or walk the problem increased due to which I am anot able to walk properly. Numbness arises from hip and goes to the feet

1. Avoid heavy weight lifting
2. Avoid bending forward
3. Avoid sitting with folded legs( yoga position)
4. Always use commode ( no indian toilet)
