Leg pain and back pain

I am suffering from leg pain.i cant walk now without taking pain killers.i am neither able to bend nor i can straighten my right leg if i will sit putting my back with some wall

Hello, history is unclear about how the pain started was it due to fall or some other reason and since when is it. Without that its difficult to advise.but as you mentioned the pain is immense it is advisable to visit an orthopaedic doctor who can assess you well and give correct medication and may ask for futher investigation .
