Leg pain after taking covaxin may be due to aggravation of symptoms which was previously present asymptomatically. There may be mild pain in knee joint after long standing. There is aggravation of symptoms due to vaccination like cough , fever etc .Likewise leg pain aggravated after taking vaccination. For more consultation about leg pain after taking vaccination you can consult online/offline.

Please consult me or any other Orthopaedic doctor as it will be difficult to come to a diagnosis without seeing the patient clinically.
