Having leg pain since couple of years on and off. consulted physician blood test done B12 level is 138 calcium ionized is ok cbc is normal took 7 inj of vitcofol. what should I do?

become more active if you are leading a sedentary life of late due to circumstances. sit at good height so that you can get up without much effort. do stretching exercises of muscles of the leg but NO strengthening exercises.
