Leg not bending post ACL surgery
Under went ACL reconstruction surgery it's 20 days now, my leg is not bending at all when I am lying on the bed, when I sit on the bed it hangs in the air for 2 to 3 minutes and then slowly bends to 90 degrees after a break of 2 hours if I try to bend my leg it again gets jammed and hangs in the air for few minutes and then bends, but lying on the bed it doesn't bend, gives lots of pain, feels terribly jammed, Please assist how to have my leg bend freely while sitting or on bed.

I think 20 days is not sufficient time for the knee to bend fully after ACL reconstruction. However it should not be this painful either. Get a good physiotherapist, because that is the key to good recovery post ACL surgery
